Excellent breakfast and courteous staff!

Pool smell strong, would have liked a fridge and microwave

The rooms with a spa tub and beautiful sleek furnishings and the cable TV. Clean facilities there. Amazing location to Kentucky Down Under.

The pool area lacked proper maintenance with some hygiene issues!!! It would be nice to see more focus on cleaning common areas!!!

Every Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at is excellent. Love that all the bedding is freshly washed for each guest. The beds & pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was great with a very wide selection. Front desk staff was very efficient.

The 1 woman they had servicing the breakfast was inadequate for the large volume of customers on the holiday weekend.

We were put in a room where the cable tv didn't work. After 3 calls to the front desk (with them giving instructions on how to get it to work, which didn't work), they finally admitted that the room had a tv which wasn't compatible with the cable system. I asked to be moved to a room where the cable worked, and they agreed, putting us in a room 2 doors down. The tv worked, the key card lock- not so much. Other than that, neither room that we saw had either a microwave or minifridge, something I thought was a standard for Hampton Inns. Overall, the hotel was worn looking and could've used some upgrades as well as new carpets.

The newly renovated hotel boasts stylish furnishings and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast offerings were excellent, catering to various tastes, and the staff exhibited commendable friendliness. The inadequate pool towels left much to be desired, and issues like a slow shower drain and malfunctioning jacuzzi noted significant health concerns. The hallways were disruptive due to noise from boisterous families.

The place had matterss laying by front door, red flag!! You can tell they are having huge management problems with staff, not up to the bar of Hampton Inn name. It was okay, but for the price, and no high end comforts, go across the street to a cheaper hotel is my advice.

Requested a roll-away when booking but we didn't get it. Should be more active to response our request.

Great stay, friendly vibes!

I really enjoyed my 5-night stay! The staff was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was a hit with my family, and we loved chilling at the picnic area. Only thing was, the pool was kinda over-chlorinated, but we made up for it with the fun times elsewhere!

Pretty good breakfast selection

Room was not serviced on our second day so we ran out of towels and tp. Pool area was filthy and not clean-my daughter pulled something out of the skimmer looking for a water toy and it was a pair of underwear and a wad of hair attached (size of a mouse)-not cleaned up for 2 days. Will not be back.

Quiet atmosphere despite a large number of children. Very family friendly.

Great way to end our vacation. Decent staff with 3 different staff members including a manager whom were all kind and helpful, well-appointed rooms with 2 double beds. The convenient location for the price, short walk to mammoth cave and dinosaur world.

We loved the warm pool that made every swim so enjoyable, and the delicious breakfast options kept our energy up for the day! Plus, the clean rooms were a pleasant surprise.

Hamptons are always consistent and clean!
